GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group is one of Europe's leading wholesalers of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal and forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Would you like to combine your technical expertise with customer orientation and actively contribute to our sales success? Then become part of our team and help us shape the further development of our hydraulics business. In your role, you will assume a central interface function between customers, sales and internal departments.

Here's what you can expect

Professional advice: Professional and technical advice to our customers in the hydraulics product range - by telephone as well as during occasional customer visits on site
Receiving enquiries: Answering customer enquiries by telephone and initial clarification of requirements relating to our product range
Processing customer enquiries: Independent processing and follow-up of customer enquiries - from clarification to final solution
Recording quotations & orders: Creating suitable quotations and reliably recording and processing customer orders
Project business support: Support with project-related enquiries and collaboration on individual customer solutions in the field of hydraulics

What you need to bring

Training & qualification: Successfully completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable training
Professional experience & Expertise: Ideally initial professional experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural technology / hydraulic components
IT & language skills: Confident handling of MS Office and Windows applications as well as good knowledge of German; initial experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage, but not a requirement
Personal skills: Strong communication skills, enjoy dealing with customers and have a friendly and communicative manner
