Here's what you can expect

On-site contact person: Customer advice in the shop
Order process support: Order processing and tracking
Consulting on the phone: Telephone customer service
Reliable order management: Receiving and processing customer orders

What you need to bring

Training & qualification: Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d)
Professional experience & Expertise: Ideally professional experience in the field of power tools or horticulture, preferably with initial experience in telephone customer service
IT & language skills: Confident handling of common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and very good knowledge of German
Personal skills: strong communication skills, enjoy making phone calls, a certain organisational talent and an independent way of working with a high willingness to learn
