Here's what you can expect
- Advise customers & sell spare parts: Competent advice to our customers and sale of spare parts
- Processing complaints: Independent processing of incoming complaints
- Processing orders: Complete order processing including deadline tracking
- Identifying spare parts: Finding spare parts via electronic media
- Contact person in day-to-day business: Close coordination with the sales force and coordination with relevant interfaces
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience & Expertise: Initial experience in telephone customer service is desirable
- IT & language skills: Confident handling of MS Office and Windows applications as well as good knowledge of German; initial experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, pleasure in telephoning and organisational talent as well as a high level of customer and service orientation
