Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) Commercial Vehicles

Hofmeister & Meincke has been a reliable partner for commercial vehicle workshops, vehicle manufacturers and industry since 1908 as a Bremen-based trading company and original equipment manufacturer. As part of the FRICKE Group, we are one of the leading wholesalers in the market for commercial vehicle parts and vehicle construction components with 28 locations within the Hofmeister & Meincke Group. With the integration of the long-established company Bierhake Fahrzeugteile, we are expanding our portfolio to include solutions for car trailers as well as tank and silo parts.

Here's what you can expect

Advise customers & sell spare parts: Competent advice to our customers and sale of spare parts for commercial vehicles and car trailer spare parts
Support field service: Support the sales field service in the realisation of customer requirements
Identify spare parts: Find spare parts via electronic media
Process orders: Complete order processing including deadline tracking
Manage quotation processes: Preparation and tracking of quotations
Processing complaints: Independent handling of incoming complaints
Contact person in day-to-day business: Close coordination with the sales force and coordination with relevant interfaces

What you need to bring

Training & qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or comparable technical training
Professional experience & Expertise: Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups; basic commercial know-how
IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications; good knowledge of German
Personal skills: High service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
