Here's what you can expect
- Overarching process responsibility: Central point of contact for the order-to-cash process as well as coordination and involvement of relevant national and international stakeholders
- Analyse & improve processes: Evaluate the current status, identify weaknesses and derive potential for optimisation in terms of efficiency, costs and quality
- Designing end-to-end processes: Defining and introducing future processes including interfaces to internal and external areas such as the web shop, sales, logistics including returns, customs, accounting and IT
- Making performance measurable: Setting up a monitoring system for process goals and KPIs as well as continuous measurement and evaluation of performance
- Manage optimisation projects: Independently manage and implement projects along the end-to-end processes and their interfaces to internal and external areas
- Developing IT systems further: Supporting the underlying (SAP) IT modules from recording change requirements and coordinating with internal IT interfaces through to tests and approvals
What you need to bring
- Education & qualification: Completed Master's degree in economics, engineering, supply chain management or comparable subject areas
- Professional experience & Expertise: Several years of professional experience in consulting or in the management of global processes in procurement and project management with proven success; understanding of processes and systems as well as data structures and process automation
- IT & language skills: Strong IT affinity and practical experience with SAP, especially in the SD module; additional knowledge of related modules such as Finance is an advantage as well as business fluent German (at least C1) and very good written and spoken English
- Personal skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills up to top management level as well as a genuine interest in digital solutions and process automation
