- Practice & Theory: Your dual study programme takes place at the renowned Saxony Cooperative State University in Dresden and lasts six semesters. During your practical phases, you will work in various areas of the FRICKE Group - with a particular focus on the sale of agricultural machinery and spare parts. Understanding agriculture & thinking economically: During your studies, you will learn to cleverly combine business management and agricultural science expertise. This will enable you to advise our customers on an equal footing - with specialist knowledge, practical relevance and a real understanding of their work.Diversity with prospects: After successfully completing your studies, you will have numerous entry opportunities at the FRICKE Group, depending on your personal strengths and interests.
What you need to bring
- Scholastic foundation: Whether you have a high school diploma or a good vocational diploma - your degree will lay the foundation for your successful studies.
- Technology-orientated & practical: Ideally, you have an agricultural background or a keen interest in modern technologies, machinery and the requirements of the agricultural engineering industry.
- Thinking & hands-on: It is important to you to work independently, take responsibility and make a difference.
- Team-orientated and communicative: You enjoy working in a team, approach others openly and enjoy advising customers and helping to shape solutions.
