Here's what you can expect
- Supporting and advising customers: Providing advice and support to our active partner dealers on products in the hydraulics and industry sectors across the entire postcode area 8
- Developing the business division: Expanding the hydraulics and industry business division
- Ensuring sales success: Independently implementing jointly set targets
- Strengthening relationships: Establishing new and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Shaping sales strategies: Contributing to the development of new sales strategies
- Monitoring market trends: Analysing current developments and trends in the market environment
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), industrial business assistant (m/f/d), agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or, alternatively, a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or business administration
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of agricultural machinery, hydraulics or industry; experience in technical sales, field sales or B2B sales would be an advantage
- Personal skills: A passion for sales, a good understanding of technical matters, a confident manner and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
