Here's what you can expect
- Providing expert advice: Providing expert advice to our customers on the vehicle electrics product range
- Handling enquiries: Handling customer enquiries regarding our product range by telephone
- Handling customer enquiries: Handling other enquiries from our customers
- Preparing quotations and processing orders: Preparing quotations and processing orders
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed vocational training in automotive engineering, electrical engineering or technical trade – for example, as a motor vehicle, agricultural or construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or a graduate in wholesale and foreign trade management with a strong affinity for technology
- Professional experience & Expertise: Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of passenger cars / commercial vehicles / construction machinery / agricultural machinery, as well as a good basic understanding of electrical components – career changers (m/f/d) from a workshop background are also very welcome
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; some experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for working with customers, and a friendly and outgoing manner
