Here's what you can expect
- Expert advice: Providing specialist and technical advice to our customers on our hydraulics product range
- Handling enquiries: Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and providing initial clarification of requirements relating to our product range
- Handling customer enquiries: Independently processing and following up on customer enquiries – from initial clarification to the final solution
- Preparing quotations & orders: Preparing suitable quotations and reliably recording and processing customer orders
- Supporting project business: Providing support for project-related enquiries and contributing to bespoke customer solutions in the hydraulics sector
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural engineering / hydraulic components
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; initial experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, enjoyment of working with customers, and a friendly and outgoing manner
