Here's what you can expect
- Day-to-day business & operational support: Active involvement in day-to-day operations through advising our customers, selling spare parts and processing orders and complaints
- Technical leadership & coordination: Providing technical guidance, organising and coordinating the on-site team, including shift, holiday and training planning in consultation with the team lead
- Interfaces & collaboration: Point of contact for departmental management and a link between our new Tholey site and the existing in-house and field sales teams to support cross-site and cross-departmental collaboration
- Processes & Projects: Continuous optimisation of internal sales processes, as well as independent planning and implementation of projects
- Sales targets & key performance indicators: Implementation of sales targets for the site, as well as the preparation of analyses and reporting to divisional management
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a clerk (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, or a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable degree programme
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Relevant professional experience in internal sales, as well as initial experience in specialist team coordination
- IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and a basic affinity for software solutions; business-fluent German (C1)
- Personal skills: Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, along with good analytical skills; a strong focus on service and customer care; resilience, motivation and the ability to work well in a team
