• Discover a wide range of areas: As part of agile software development, you’ll work according to the latest standards and methods. Gain experience in the design and programming of back-ends, interfaces and user-friendly user interfaces, and apply modern technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, Svelte, Git, Docker and artificial intelligence (LLMs, RAG, agents).
• Take on a varied range of tasks: You’ll play an active role in technical and commercial activities within the IT sector.

What you need to bring

• Academic background: Whether you have an Abitur, a Fachabitur or a good Realschulabschluss – your qualification lays the foundation for a successful apprenticeship.
• Interest in technology & business: You’re passionate about IT and business management.
• Proactive & hands-on: You enjoy working independently, want to help shape processes and make a difference.
• Team-oriented & communicative: You enjoy working in a team, are open in your approach to others and actively contribute your ideas.
• Logical & structured thinking: You enjoy analysing problems systematically and developing solutions step by step.
