Here's what you can expect
- Keeping track of material master data: Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of material master data in the relevant systems
- Maintaining & optimising: Creation, updating, maintenance and cleansing of master data in SAP
- Ensuring smooth processes: Professional maintenance and updating of master data to ensure high quality standards
- Creating lists & processing bulk data: Creation and preparation of structured lists, e.g. on purchase prices and material master data, for efficient and error-free data migration
- Reviewing processes & optimising rules: Ongoing review and further development of processes and rules in the material master data area to ensure efficient workflows
- Coordinating collaboration & clarifying requirements: Close coordination with Sales, Purchasing, Product Management and Logistics to review data requirements and ensure the accuracy of material master data
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail sales assistant (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade sales assistant (m/f/d), ideally with some initial professional experience
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Interest in working with data and figures, as well as initial experience in the field of material master data, e.g. as a data manager (m/f/d)
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as desirable SAP 4/HANA skills and business fluency in German, plus a good command of English
- Personal skills: A meticulous and structured approach to work, as well as an enjoyment of working in a team
