Here's what you can expect
- Drive international product range development: Analyse markets, applications and customer requirements in agricultural technology and build, structure and further develop international product ranges
- Focussing on regional market requirements: Working on product range strategies for different regions and market requirements as well as maintaining and developing product range logics and product structures
- Responsible for product areas: Processing selected product areas, e.g. spare and wear parts for tillage, slurry technology, harvesting machinery, crop protection, animal husbandry and drive shafts
- Monitoring market & competitive developments: Continuously analysing relevant developments and working closely with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing and quality management
- Targeted support for sales units: Specialist support for national and international sales units
- Professional preparation of product information: Creation of product information, application descriptions and argumentation aids as well as participation in product training and presentations
- Supporting market launches: Supporting market launches and product range expansions
What you need to bring
- Education & qualification: Completed studies in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable or a technical education with corresponding further qualification and practical relevance
- Professional experience & Expertise: Good understanding of agricultural applications and machinery as well as interest in international markets and product range work
- IT & language skills: Very good knowledge of MS Excel as well as business fluent German (C1) and good English skills
- Personal skills: Structured and analytical way of working as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
