Here's what you can expect

• Responsible for product areas: Processing of all soil cultivation product areas, such as knife rollers, large spring tine harrows, rotary grinders, universal cultivators, subsoilers and associated spare and wear parts
• Support sales units in a targeted manner: Professional support of the sales team with technical and product-specific questions as well as accompanying the field service at customer appointments and demonstrations
• Designing product range development: Analysing markets and customer requirements in the field of soil cultivation as well as building, structuring and further developing the product range
• Supporting product launches: Planning and managing product launches as well as creating product strategies and roadmaps
• Professionally preparing & communicating product information: Creating practical product information, presentations and technical documentation as well as training sales staff and trading partners
• Monitoring market & competitive developments: Continuously analysing relevant developments and working closely with internal interfaces such as development, sales, production and marketing

What you need to bring

• Education & qualification: Completed studies in the field of agricultural management, agricultural sciences, agriculture or industrial engineering with a focus on agricultural engineering / agricultural technology
• Professional experience & Expertise: Good knowledge in the field of soil cultivation and ideally initial experience in product management, technical sales, product marketing or technical consulting in the field of agricultural technology
• IT & language skills: Basic MS Office skills as well as business fluent German (C1) and good English skills
• Personal skills: Structured and analytical way of working, technical understanding, business acumen, sales orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
