Here's what you can expect
- Master data maintenance: Procurement, verification and maintenance of relevant product and compliance master data
- Data analysis: Checking master data and documents for plausibility and up-to-date status
- Internal coordination: Coordination of relevant data and documents with internal process partners
- Process optimisation: Optimisation of processes in close coordination with product management
- Document management: Maintenance and organisation of documents, e.g. safety data sheets, dangerous goods data and product safety information
- Quality assurance: Creation of simple overviews, checklists and reports to ensure the required quality
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g. Business Administrator in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Initial experience in the maintenance, verification or procurement of master or product data is desirable, ideally relating to compliance data, technical product information, safety data sheets, dangerous goods, customs or product safety
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as business fluency in German (minimum C1)
- Personal Skills: Meticulous handling of data and documents, a structured, careful and reliable approach to work, a strong focus on quality and good communication skills, as well as an interest in standardising and optimising operational processes and a passion for helping to develop simple processes, checklists and work instructions
