Here's what you can expect
- Customer advice & sales focus: Expert advice on technical equipment for agricultural and construction machinery workshops, such as diagnostic systems, air-conditioning and lifting technology in postcode area 8
- Practical demonstrations: Professional demonstrations and structured training on technical equipment used in workshop environments, carried out directly on-site at the customer’s premises
- Shop systems & Retail presence: Planning, installation and ongoing support for shopfitting systems
- Relationship management & network expansion: Establishing new and maintaining existing customer relationships
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a motor vehicle/commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), preferably with additional commercial qualifications
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, professional experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural machinery or construction machinery, e.g. through previous work as a service technician (m/f/d) or a role in a workshop environment, as well as a good technical understanding and an interest in developing a career in sales
- IT & language skills: Business-fluent German (min. C1)
- Personal qualities: A confident manner and enjoyment of working with people, as well as a willingness to travel
