• Practical experience & theory: Your dual study programme takes place at the renowned Saxony Cooperative State University in Dresden and lasts for six semesters. During your practical placements, you’ll gain experience across various divisions of the FRICKE Group – with a particular focus on the sale of agricultural machinery and spare parts.
• Understanding agriculture & thinking commercially: During your studies, you will learn to skilfully combine business management and agricultural science expertise. This will enable you to advise our customers as an equal – with specialist knowledge, practical relevance and a genuine understanding of their work.

What you need to bring

• Academic background: Whether you have the Abitur or a good Fachabitur – your qualification will lay the foundations for a successful degree course.
• Technology-focused & practical: Ideally, you’ll have a background in agriculture or a keen interest in modern technologies, machinery and the demands of the agricultural machinery sector.
• Proactive & hands-on: It’s important to you to work independently, take on responsibility and make a difference.
• Team-oriented and communicative: You enjoy working in a team, are open to engaging with others and take pleasure in advising customers and helping to shape solutions.
