- Practical experience and theory: Your dual study programme takes place at the renowned IU International University of Applied Sciences in Bremen and spans seven semesters. During your practical placements, you will gain experience in various departments within the FRICKE Group.

What you need to bring
- Academic background: Whether you have an Abitur or a good Fachabitur – your qualification lays the foundation for a successful degree course.
- Interest in numbers and business contexts: You have a good grasp of numbers and think analytically and systematically. You enjoy working with financial indicators, budget plans and management control tools.
- Proactive thinking & a hands-on approach: You stand out for your ability to work independently, collaborate across departments and show an interest in economic contexts.
- Team-oriented & communicative: You enjoy working in a team, are open to engaging with others and actively contribute your ideas.
