Here's what you can expect
- Carrying out vehicle check-ins: Checking vehicles in together with our customers
- Planning workshop capacity: Organising capacity utilisation and allocating jobs
- Recording orders: Recording detailed orders with all necessary data
- Providing price and delivery date commitments: Making binding commitments to our customers
- Co-ordinating fit-outs: Planning fit-out work on new vehicles in consultation with Sales and our customers
- Obtaining approvals: Organising payment approvals and order extensions
- Clarifying technical issues: Contacting manufacturers for technical support
- Managing staff: Technical and organisational management of the workshop team
- Taking on commercial and technical management: Responsibility for processes and procedures in the workshop
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical vocational training, for example as a motor vehicle/commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with a master craftsman’s certificate or as a certified service advisor (m/f/d)
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Experience in managing a commercial vehicle workshop or a comparable role is desirable
- IT & language skills: Confident use of standard Office programmes
- Personal skills: Independent and customer-focused approach to work, strong communication skills and leadership abilities
