Here's what you can expect

• Car acceptance: Carrying out vehicle acceptance together with our customers
• Planning workshop capacities with foresight: Organising capacity utilisation and scheduling orders in the team
• Recording orders precisely: Recording detailed orders with all necessary data in our system
• Giving binding price and deadline commitments: Making reliable agreements to our customers
• Obtaining approvals: Organising payment approvals and order extensions
• Clarifying technical issues: Liaising with manufacturers for technical support

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical or commercial/technical vocational training, for example as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician / commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), motor vehicle / commercial vehicle mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive salesperson (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a motor vehicle / commercial vehicle master craftsman (m/f/d), state-certified technician (vehicle technology) (m/f/d) or certified service consultant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience & Expertise: Professional experience in the workshop environment, service or aftersales desirable - ideally with practical experience in the commercial vehicle environment
• IT & language skills: Confident handling of common Office programmes
• Personal competence: Independent and customer-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills
